瑞源橡塑制品有限公司（原景县瑞源橡塑制品有限公司）成立于2004年12月，注册资金5000万元。公司位于景德路（281省道）西侧，交通便利、环境优雅。公司现有职工216人，管理人员38人，工程师7名，助理工程师10名，技术员16名，操作人员在本行业中均有多年工作经验，业务素质高。

      公司占地面积约4.8万平方米，其中厂房建筑面积2.9万平方米，分为四个主要生产车间：橡胶密炼中心、挤出硫化车间、硅胶、切割组装成型车间。公司配备国内先进的橡胶密炼中心、挤出生产线、四辊压延设备、硅胶生产线、蒸汽硫化、平板硫化、注胶硫化、剪切设备等配置齐全，资源配置满足产品质量要求。

       公司采取与高校、研究机关联合开发的形式对公司人才培养，新产品的开发起到了至关重要的作用。 公司采用国内、国际最先进的试验设备（软管脉冲试验机，软管爆破实验机、电子拉力试验机、热空气老化箱、臭氧老化机、开口式闪点仪、运动粘度仪、电子密度天平、门尼粘度仪、低温脆性试验机、橡胶硫化仪、高精度显微镜等），在对原材料供应商控制、配方与工艺的自主开发、实验检测、计算机辅助设计开发、辅助工装的自主开发等方面均有很强的实力与控制能力，公司现拥有实用新型发明专利5项，软件著作权2项，为更好与国际客户接轨，公司按ISO/TS16949:2009标准要求进一步提高公司的管理水平，于2014年1月年通过ASES体系认证，现正在申请CNAS国家实验室认可认证和国家高新技术企业。

       我公司主要生产各种汽车用冷却水系统软管、燃油系统软管、涡轮增压系统软管、发动机进气系统软管、真空制动软管、曲轴箱通风软管、橡胶杂件等产品，产品质量可靠，信誉度高，深受顾客青睐。产品主要用于汽车、工程机械等方面，销往北京、上海、天津、河北、山东、河南、湖北、浙江、山西、陕西、黑龙江、长春、内蒙等20几个省市。

     Ruiyuan Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (the former Jingxian Ruiyuan Rubber & Plastics Product Co., Ltd.) was established in December of 2004, with the registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company is located in the west of Jingde Road (Provincial Road 281), with convenient transportation and elegant environment. There are 216 employees, 38 management staff, 7 engineers, 10 assistant engineers, 16 technicians, and operators have many years of work experience and high professional quality in the industry.

       It covers an area of about 48 thousand square meters, including the building area of 29 thousand square meters, which is divided into four main production workshops: rubber mixer center, extrusion vulcanization workshop, silica gel, cutting assembly molding workshop. We are equipped with domestic advanced rubber mixer center, extrusion line, four high rolling equipment, silica gel line, steam curing, press vulcanization , note vulcanizes, shearing equipment, and the configuration is complete, the allocation of resources meet product quality requirements.

      The company takes the form of joint development with universities, research institutions, to train the company personnel, which has played a crucial role in the development of new products. The company uses the most advanced testing machine in  the domestic and international (Hose pulse testing machine, Hose blasting testing machine, Electronic tensile testing machine, Hot air aging tank, ozone aging machine, Open type flash point tester, Kinematic viscosity meter, Electron density balance, Mooney Viscometer, Low temperature brittleness testing machine, Vulcanized rubber, High-precision microscope etc.). In the control of raw material supplier, independent development of recipe and process, experimental testing, and computer aided design, auxiliary tooling development, the company has a strong power and control ability. We have 5 utility model invention patents, 2 software copyrights, in order to integrate better with international clients, and further improve the company's management level according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949:2009 standard, we passed the ASES system certification in January 2014, and are now applying for CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation certification and national high-tech enterprises.

      We mainly produce all kinds of auto cooling water system hose, fuel system hose, turbocharging system hose, engine intake system hose, vacuum brake hose, crankcase ventilation hose, rubber parts and other products. Product is favored by customers of all ages because of reliable quality and high degree of credibility. Products are mainly used in automotive, construction machinery and other aspects, which are sold to 20 provinces and cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Zhejiang, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Changchun, and Inner Mongolia.
